fe-pi audio sound card
the perfect card for your ham radio data communications
Combine this card with your Nexus DR-X Digital Radio Cross Patch or use it to build up your KM6LYW DigiPi. Unlike other cards, this one can handle the RF environment when operating near your transmitter. The Fe-Pi is already included in the Nexus DR-X full bundle kit. If you're building up the DigiPi on a Raspberry Pi Zero, you will need to order this card separately.

Those of you building the DigiPi, will want to order this Radio Interface Board from Randy, N7EBB. You can get it as a kit and put it together yourself or get one already built. It offers you two options for connecting your DigiPi to the radio with either a TRRS jack or a 6 pin mini DIN jack.

You can order yours from Randy's website here.

The last shipment of sound cards came in without the audio jacks. Although they are not needed when building the DigiPi, two will be included in your order along with headers that you will need to install yourself.

Don't install the audio jacks if you are building a DigiPi with Randy's radio interface. It will be easier to wire your unit if the jacks are not there.

All the audio jacks that you need will be included in your Nexus DR-X kit.

exclusive offer for fe-pi builders:

We are excited to offer our new laser cut DigiPi stand. The front of the stand is a clear acrylic with a green-glass edge that looks very classy. It's two feet tilt your DigiPi back for a comfortable viewing angle. You have your choice of the same clear material for the back panel or, if you prefer, a solid Kelly Green.
